Phillies' Howard wins NL MVP
 Something worth blogging about in Philly sports today! Ryan Howard wins the NL MVP award! Being relatively oblivious to analyzing sports and sports statistics I didn't think it was possible to win an award like the MVP without getting your team to the postseason, but I agree that Ryan Howard is deserving of this award because he made every Phillies game in August and September worth being at in person.
Now if we can just still be playing in October next season...2 Comments:
Remember, Michelle, the Phillies had more regular season wins than your World Champion St. Louis Cardinals. I was all about Howard, until you showed me all your fancy modern day stats, OBI, VoRP, WASP and all that jazz... |
