Judge lets smoking ban take effect
Huzzah! U.S. District Court Judge Stanley Chesler, sitting in Trenton, ruled that he would not stop the law from taking effect because opponents were not likely to prevail in their claims that it unconstitutionally discriminates against them.Now let's get rid of the casino exemption. 0 Comments:
