Scooter indicted in CIA leak case
 It's sure been a tough year for the White House. According to Harpers Monthly (my new favorite magazine): "A poll found that President Bush's job approval rating among African Americans was 2 percent, plus or minus 3.4 percentage points."And now, Scooter done got indicted.
