Time.com has an excellent article about the present state and the future of McDonald's. With both customer satisfaction and stock price down, the company is looking towards remodeling current franchises instead of continuing to open a new restaurant once every 2.3 seconds. I used to go to McDonald's at least once a month, but over the past few years, my visits have decreased as much as the service has slowed down...when they installed made-to-order cooking systems and got rid of heat lamps, it didn't improve the quality of the food: all it did was make fast food slow. Crappy. Oh, I want to be a 'mystery shopper'...see the sixth paragraph from the bottom. 0 Comments:
