Quick thought: Ever see that movie PCU? Where the only way they can save the Pit is to make a fool out of the university president, because only the trustees can get rid of the president, and they are so embarassed by her actions that they fire her? Well maybe that's the only way we, as baseball fans, can get rid of Bud Selig. If the owners, who have the power to depose a commissioner (whither Fay Vincent?) get fed up enough with all the negative press that El Bud is getting, maybe they'll collectively fire him.
