Seriously, folks, we've had the cable internet connection since last year, and on Monday morning, we lost it. Totally. Lost it. We got nothing. We need to have a new line run from the street because our signal is so weak. Even if we hooked the modem directly into the ground connection it wouldn't work. I blame Cablevision.
