Well, it's Spring Break time again, which can only mean one thing: Drunk College Students Plummeting off Hotels. My friends and I had our own run-in with this phenomenon last March in Cancun. We woke up in the morning to see this outside our window. Seems that some kid got real drunk on the roof of the hotel, decided to urinate off the edge, and then slipped.
